Prescription medicines

⚠️ PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

A valid prescription issued by a licensed physician is required for the purchase of prescription medicines.

For orders placed through our website:
Please upload a clear, current, and valid prescription on the prescription medicine’s product page using the Choose File button before adding the item to your cart.

If the prescription upload option is unavailable, including orders placed through our mobile app:
You may proceed with checkout. After placing your order, please email a clear copy of your prescription (JPG, PNG, or PDF) to pharmacyhomehealth@gmail.com, together with your order number.

Our pharmacist will review and validate the prescription before the medicine is prepared, dispensed, released, or shipped. We may contact you if clarification or additional information is required.

Please keep the original prescription available for verification upon pickup or delivery when requested.

IMPORTANT: Prescription medicines will NOT be prepared, dispensed, released, or shipped until the prescription has been successfully verified by our pharmacist. Orders with a missing, invalid, unclear, expired, altered, or otherwise unacceptable prescription may be delayed, adjusted, cancelled, and refunded in accordance with our applicable policy.
